Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN) is projected to report its Q3 earnings at $3.74 per share on revenue of $594.27 million. Vail Resorts shares climbed 1.26 percent to close at $106.31 on Friday.

General Electric Company (NYSE: GE) is near a deal to sell its private-equity lending unit to Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, according to the Wall Street Journal. GE shares rose 0.04 percent to $27.30 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts are expecting Pep Boys-Manny Moe and Jack (NYSE: PBY) to have earned $0.03 per share on revenue of $549.65 million in the first quarter. Pep Boys shares gained 0.28 percent to close at $10.74 on Friday.

Shares of Diageo plc (ADR) (NYSE: DEO) jumped around 8 percent late Friday, on a report from Bloomberg, that Brazilian billionaire Jorge Paulo Lemann is considering a bid for the UK-based liquor manufacturer. Diageo shares gained 0.85 percent to $119.00 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts expect United Natural Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNFI) to post its Q3 earnings at $0.85 per share on revenue of $2.14 billion. United Natural Foods shares declined 2.86 percent to close at $63.88 on Friday.
