21Vianet Group Inc (NASDAQ: VNET) is estimated to post its Q1 earnings at $0.21 per share on revenue of $899.36 million. 21Vianet shares fell 0.46 percent to close at $19.40 on Friday.
Charter Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) is reportedly near a deal to acquire Time Warner Cable Inc (NYSE: TWC) for $195 per share in cash and stock, according to sources as reported by Bloomberg on Monday. The deal is said to consist of $100 in cash, with the remainder in Charter stock. Charter Communications shares fell 1.86 percent to close at $175.33 on Friday, while Time Warner Cable shares gained 3.42 percent to close at $171.18 on Friday.
Analysts expect Workday Inc (NYSE: WDAY) to post a Q1 loss at $0.08 per share on revenue of $245.00 million. Workday shares gained 0.39 percent to close at $92.18 on Friday.
Tidewater Inc. (NYSE: TDW) is projected to post its Q4 earnings at $0.57 per share on revenue of $357.26 million. Tidewater shares fell 0.58 percent to close at $27.63 on Friday.
